但是下周要去美国开会
目前仍然有valid B visa
签证的时候, consular officer说在check clear之前相当于我在有关部门的记录里有
an unresolved case, 这会导致我在入境的时候有困难. 但是她说因为我的B签证还是
valid, 所以也不是说我就不能入境, 但是她说她无法guarantee我一定能入境. 她最后
说 (原话) 'They (border control officers) will give you a hard time.'
想问一下有人遇到过类似的情况吗?
在入境的时候被如何特别对待了? | c**2

You must convince CBP that you will leave USA after this short B1 trip. So
it depends on whether you are convincing. |
