发帖数: 313 | 1 9月底刚CRUISE回来，今天上网查I94才发现给的Admit Until Date居然是2015/3/24.
我们的情况是这样的：
老公H1B，我H4，之前的I-797到2014年10月23日为止。
我们今年2014年4月刚回过国。回美入境时拿到的I-94上的Admit Until Date是2014年
10月23日。和原I-797一致。
回美国后马上renew了H1B，有了新的I-797，有效期是到2017年10月23日。
9月底去了CRUISE，这时候已经有了新的I-797了。现在9月底入境后又有了新的I-94，
结果今天上网一看，发现最新的I-94的Admit Until Date居然只给到2015年3月24，这
个日期是我们VISA的expiration date.照理他应该按我们新的I-797给Admit Until
Date到2017年10月23日的。
现在这个情况我们该怎么办？总不能2015年3月前回国再签证入境一次。有没有地方申
请更正I-94的Admit Until Date？该怎么办？

发帖数: 78 | 2 Don't worry, you just need to go to the closest US Customs and Border
Protection office to change the date. Bring your passport and printed I-94
and describe them what happened. They will change the date for you in the
system and print out a new copy for you. I had the exactly the same thing
happened to me at the beginning of this year and I have it fixed in their
office. |

发帖数: 313 | 3 多谢你的建议，可是我老公的律师说，让我们不用理会，因为2014年10月24日开始生效
的就是我们新的I-797了，所以不用管这个新I-94,因为新的I797生效时间是在新的I94
之后。

找CBP改过来吗？

发帖数: 78 | 5 可以吧，我也是在renew H1的时候我的律师发现的，所以我才去改的。那时侯我的I94
上写的日期已经过了。
