I am very sorry to inform you that USCIS has returned the H-1B petition to
our office. USCIS has rejected the petition because of a mistake that we
made in the filing address for the petition (see attached). A paralegal at
our firm (XXX XXX, who no longer works for our firm) mistakenly listed the
Vermont Service Center filing address as the location to submit the petition
, but the registration notice lists the Texas Service Center as the address
where the petition should be sent. USCIS has directed most of these
petitions to the Vermont Service Center in the past. Unfortunately, since
the filing period closed on June 30, it is not possible for us to resubmit
the petition. We are very sorry for this error. We feel terrible about
this and know that it is extremely disappointing for you. | s****2

你解决问题吗？怎么补救你问他们呀？他们出的错，应该他们负责到底。
