if USCIS requires an
individual to submit biometrics, attend an interview, or other required in-
person process, and that
individual does not comply, the application or petition shall be considered
abandoned and denied,
unless USCIS has received a change of address or rescheduling request by the
appointment time that
the agency concludes warrants excusing the failure to appear.

应该不会，但是非移民入境永远是没有保证的

记得留着I-539收据和拒绝通知，证明他们I-94过期到离开美国之间一直有pending I-
539
