The Garden Empire Volleyball Association (GEVA) is holding a men's and women
's Friendship Tournament on Sunday November 18, 2007. The fee will be $85
per team. It will take place at JFK High School in the Bronx. Teams do not

看他们网站上照片，AA team里那
些壮汉看上去都很齐整，不像BB/B，高矮胖瘦层次不齐。 | w***z

another very good middle, winning rate 50% in pool play. There is one team
ranked 8th in national B
finals, with two middles all above 200cm.
most of them are over 185cm, play standard height.
they are in totally different level. there is no match to them with those
beijing/shanghai teams.

去年national b的冠军在boston, 也就是boston volleyball club, 想当年我去tryout
,最后觉得他们实在打得比我想象中差（特别是教练水平不行）所以入选之后退出了。

发帖数: 1789 | 10 不知道，我在five points只打过A/AA 4's. 不过是咸丰年间的事情了，现在我的
level估计是Z.
BVC去年是national B的冠军我倒是觉得奇怪，因为他们的一些队员我都认识，当年
tryout的时候也没觉得他们多厉害。 BU club team大概也是between A和BB之间吧，我
膝盖伤退的那年他们还拿全国第9，估计那个水平就是solid A了。New England这边的
NCAA team都打不过同地区club team的前四的。

现在16，17岁的小孩儿都可以把球扣得咚咚响，特别是美国小孩儿。

发帖数: 2262 | 12 同意patpat说的，扣球只是排球技术的一部分，一传，发球，拦网和防守的重要性不亚
于扣球，二传更是球场的灵魂。
我们打IM半决赛的对手，几乎全是IU club team的，有个小孩跳起来扣球胸口都超过网
带，球砸在地上飞得超高。决赛碰到拦网好的，照样被拦死或者开炮。另一支队的一个
高个子，几乎什么调整球都能扣死，但是一传太差，到了后排被对方找着发球，差点崩
溃。
上次St Louis比赛，UIUC的两个副攻，仗着身高力大打三号位半高，结果被拦得很惨。
后来其中一位比较聪明，改成两边快抹，反而得了不少分。排球这项运动还是要靠脑子
的。

另外, 北京这次比赛的前四名每队都有几个能灌篮的. 冠军队的2传是前北京队的,一个
副攻是前天津沙排队的. |
