Before jpl's ftp, there was a couple of ftp servers opened
by other people for sharing badminton stuff. But none of them exists
anymore except this one. The reason is that some people used
automatic ftp software (netants, flashftp, cuteftp, bulletproof ftp
etc.) to aggressively download stuff. Later on this behavior is noticed
by the network administrator of that server and the ftp server
was asked to be shut down.
