坚实：就是完成跨越--主席说：雄关漫道真如铁，如今跑步从头学！
稳妥：就是别跨越后再次由于种种原因翻船，一次卖身生物学的历史教训就够深刻了，
别离了窑子进牢房: 问苍茫大地，谁主我命沉浮。。。

刚给家里通完话，顺便谈起打算新年转行。很令人沮丧：突然感觉人生如此失败。
想起N年前，一位兄长，从理论物理专业撤出转战股市。他当时对科学研究看破红尘的
激昂文字，我还不以为然。
可如今，现实，在生物学领域也如此残酷。。。 |

classmates doing their postdo right now. We are all over 40 years old. When
you have a family and live on postdo salary and slave-type of life, it's
pretty misable. Half of the guys graduated in that year are in US but only
two of them are faculties right now as far as I know. I switched to finance
in late 90s and the bonus I got each year alone are more than 6-7 times of
postdo salary.

then you will get a job on the street.
If you are in Ivy league schools already, you can easily get a job without
MBA/MFE
