ask for a ride from your friends
cheap but time-consuming way:
go to any metro station either by taxi, public transportation
or friend's car, take metro to West Falls Church, then take
airport shuttle to Dulles airport
expensive way: find airport shuttle service which can pick you
up at home and drop you off at the airport, vice versa. There
are plenty of them on Yellow Page. Shop around for better
