Want to rent a 2-bed room Apt/Condo in Rockville/Bethesda, which is expected
to be:
Within very short WALKING distance to Metro station.
Having many Asian/Chinese faces around.
Safe.
Rent <= $1700 (including utilities)
Any suggestion is appreciated. BTW, any one knows about the condo-complex at
Grosvenor Park?

基本上提前一周是不会有房子的，至少2-3周，因为房价比周围的便宜，目前， studio
999， one-bed 1070, two-bed 1170。 周围会贵一些。
如果你没有车，交通不方便。虽然门口有46路汽车，但是。。。半个小时也不一定有一
趟，如果赶上狂风暴雨，惨了。。。如果走路到地铁站，快的话20分钟，不实际，尤其
是天气不好。总之，如果没车，最好先住在离地铁站进一些的地方，如果有车，这里还
是很不错的。apartmentratings.com给的评价不太实际，蟑螂目前还没有看到，住了大
概1一个月了，感觉大家住的很happy， 懒得去网上complain. 安全情况很好，停车也
很方便，周围还有一个中国超市可以买盒饭，还有一个健身中心，相当的不错，社区很
好。 |

可以的了。

1800-2000.....

station. I read through all of these apartments in Rockville and found this
