The March 2008 sales results are out. Median prices are down in almost every
jurisdiction, with Arlington being the sole exception.

Alexandria: -13.5%
Arlington: +3.2%
Fairfax: -13.4%
Loudoun: -19.9%
Manassas: -32.4%
Montgomery: -6.4%
Prince Georges: -13.5%
Prince William: -30.0%
