想要在马州申请驾照，目前已经通过了酒精考试 ，准备笔试中，
看版上说笔试要预约？不知道真假？
同时新的申请者一定要有驾照的上课时间要求？
这个是从mva网站的文件中拷贝下来：
All applicants, regardless of age, who have NEVER been licensed by
Maryland or any other jurisdiction, must have satisfactorily completed
an approved driver education course of not less than 30 hours
of classroom instruction and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel driver
training.
这个岂不是要花一笔大钱去驾校学？

是上过驾校再去拿learner's permit，还是拿了之后再去上驾校啊？
有点混淆了。。。。
