of Georgetown and we wanna find a roommate. The monthly rent is $410 for
bedroom, plus utilities (we only have to pay for electricity and gas,and the
leasing office said the total average charge of the whole apartment was
about $100 per month ) .
The apartment is new and very good (thick soft carpet and air conditioner is
equiped in every room), about 8 mins' walk to the stop of the GUTS
