1. furnished, utilities, internet included
2. it is possible to start from this Dec 1
3. close to downtown metros (better to be NW & SW)
4. has major grocery store within walking distance
5. rent is around $850/mo, or little beyond
6. my girlfriend from San Francisco would be visiting me a lot
