Can you offer discount tickets with a guaranteed seat, I do not like the
stress of flying standby.

In IAD, it is garanteed because Jetblue have reserved seats. Other place
depends.

Seems they offer Round-Trip Flights for $31 on all nonstop U.S. originating
routes that depart after 12 noon, local time on October 31, 2009

requiring assistance, or pick up such passengers arriving at the airport, by
obtaining a gate pass at the ticket counter. In order to obtain a gate pass
, the reservation record must be documented with the customer's name by a
reservationist at the time of booking, indicating a gate pass will be needed
