以前出租给老印一家。俺还溜达过去看过。
斜对面游泳池。好象前一阵子LIST PRICE才40W上下？。
旁边没车库的一栋LIST了33万还没走掉好象：P

二月份时旁边没车库的一栋和这栋一起买的。。。
房市还很不稳定，不知年后会咋样？俺是不能再等了。。。
