on your size of loan) last week, so you might want to try a few more broker.
But that could even change several times a day, so what is avail last week
may not be avail right now.

bathroom都拆了，人一听就急了，那你还appraise什么啊，肯定过不了。
只能等装修完了再说了。真笨啊我，这个都没想到。 |

cost（当然自己要付prepaid 和 escrow reserves)。
哪位问到了3.75或者更低的rate，能告诉你的broker的联系方式吗？
