The community is located in a very convenient location. It is at the
intersection of State Route 123 and I-66 (less than 3 min to get on I 66), 5
mins to the grocery stores, 2 miles to Vienna/GMU Metro station, 3 miles
drive to GMU, 10 minutes to Fair Oaks Mall, 10 minutes to Great Wall super
market. It is 7-10 minutes WALK to CUE bus stop, 5 more minutes, you will
see Metrobus.
The unit was installed in July with new stove, new dish washer, new
refrigerator, new carpet, new paint. The community is a nice and friendly.
You will have two parking permits, visitor parking are also available.
More details: It is quite spacious with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a half
bath in the master bedroom, a living room, a dining room and a family room.
There are plenty spaces for storage such as a walk-in closet in the master
bedroom, in-wall closet in the secondary bedroom, a storage closet in the
