66E left exit to 495N then to 95N
从网上得到的信息是，rush hour时间段只有HOV才可以从66E上到495N。
所以，小的打算不走66E，从其他的入口上495N。
请问，在rush hour时间段，单人独骑允许上495N和95N吗？
(之所以问这个问题，是因为早晨的interloop的66E都是HOV。单人独骑根本不让上)

for hov lane. You can take the regular exit on your right.

place soon in north of baltimore.
