mile north of George Mason University and 4 minutes' walk to CUE bus stop (
free for GMU students and faculty). Basic furniture (chair, desk, bed,
closet, light and ceiling fan with remote control) and all utilities (
electricity, gas, water, Verizon FIOS Internet, unlimited phone call to USA,
Canada, and China) are included. Kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, and
refrigerator) and laundry room (washer & dryer) are shared. Plenty of
parking in yard or garage. The house is in a safe and nice neighborhood and
near major supermarkets and commutes.
Two large bedrooms share a bathroom on upper floor - $650 each
Hope the prospective housemates are neat, clean, and nice. Female is highly
