Due to an urgent moving, we have to sublease our current one bedroom
apartment
in the Charlestowne North in 8150 Lakecrest Drive, Greenbelt 20770.
It is a spacious one bedroom on the 5th floor.
Dinning room is an independent room (with big window).
It is south orientated with sunlight all the daytime.
Nice view and excellent environment, with free gym,
swimming pool and free internet connection at ground floor.
We really like this apartment a lot.
Needless to say how convenient the location is, and it is directly off
the Greenbelt Lake, near to public bus stops, UMD, NASA, Safeway,
Giant, Staples, Target, Library, among many others.
The management here is excellent. It is a very safe area, with community
tennis,
basketball, Greenbelt Park closeby.
Standard household appliances are supplied by the landlord, including stove,
refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
I have some simple furniture free for you, including a bed, sofa, bookcase,
table
and some others.
The rental has all utilities included, My current rent is $1150 per month,
Sublease rental can be negotiable, whichever fits your convenience.
The sublease will be officially approved by the building management to
ease any worries.
My current lease will be end on August 3, 2011.
(afterwords you can extend the lease or do month by month).
