3). Can anyone suggest where they should park, they have kids and plan to
arrive around 10am.

馆10点才开门，就先在草坪上玩玩吧。

type into their GPS.
What happen if they arrive after 10am? Can they park in the stree all day (
for free)?

就在GPS里找自然博物馆。过10点后空的停车位比较难找，需要慢慢等。周末national
mall都是免费的。

不用交停车费，所以有咪表的位置也能停。 |

According to what I can find online, there is about 3,000 event happen every
year on national mall every year, seems immposible to find a weekend
without any 活动.
