37kwh per day is normal or somewhat low for a all electric apt.
120kwh is a little high but could also be normal, if you take two bath a day.
One thing you can check if someone else is stealing electricity from you is
to shut off everything in the house and watch the meter, if it is still
running, you have a problem. Other wise the only way is to use more
efficient appliance. Anything with energy star should be a good start.
Just for your information, I have a house, hot water, cooking and heating
are all done with gas, I still use more electricity than you last month.

That depends, laptop will not use a lot, but most modern desktop will use a
quite a bit.
Mine desktop alone use 1200w, with a few large monitor and printer, scanner.
It uses around 2200w. I left it on 24x7. so my computer alone use 1584 KWH
per month.
But in winter time, computer act as a heater, it is not so bad. In summer
time, it will cost you even more in AC cost to cool the computer heat.
If you want to know for sure how much electricity it is using, buy a meter (
link in my previous post) and measure it for a day or a whole month.

1200kwh, something must not right. It seems someone is stealing electricity
from you.
Do you have main electricity switch to your apt? If you have it, turn it off
, and look if the meter is still running. If the meter not running, there
could be something "fun" too. In night, turn the main switch off, and see
beside your apt turns dark, which other apt turns dark. If there is no main
switch to your apt, then forget what I am saying here.

Yes, it is a 960 core desktop and most of my analysis still takes hours to
days to run.
That with a quite few 15k rpm drive in external enclosure together average
2200w of elec usuage.
Most average desktop should only be using around 500w of power, but mine is
250 times faster, so I don't mind paying a little more in elec bill.

Normal shower head flow is 2.2GPM, 10min shower will use 22G, assume half of
that is hot water, so you only use 11G of hot water. So you only used about
13kwh.
That is ideal situation, assume all your electric energy is turn into heat,
in most situations, there is some loss (all water heater use some energy to
maintain the temp, etc.)

我今天终于看到了我家的电表，物业的修理工带我看得。是那种指针式的，有个指针在
3-4间，他说离4近就该读4，是读表的人教的。按照他的读法我这10天就是1200多度。
我觉得每个人的读法太主观了。而且按bill上的算法，两次读数相减还得乘以10，这样
不是更放大误差了。PEPCO太黑了，这事不能就这么完了。
