Twinbrook Metro stop. they're running a special where new lessees get two
months rent free. This is a luxury apartment for sure-granite countertops,
dark cherry cabinets, glass doors on the showers, brand new black appliances
, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Really a great layout, with kitchen
bar opening into an expansive living room with plenty of sunlight. The
amenities are equally impressive, with a state-of-the-art gym and a huge
pool.
The rent for the unit is $2160/month + utilities, but with the two months
free, that lowers the monthly payment to $900 per person per month. Parking
and amenity fee included.
