TV还好 可是 Internet 的speed 只有不到1Mbps
就打800电话 让人来看看 结果星期二在家等到11点没有人来
打电话过去 说事 我第一天cancel 了
我懒得跟他废话 赶快又约个时间 说是今天上午来
结果又没来 我生气了 然后客服说 一定让他今天来
结果等到2点 我觉得不对 打电话过去 他们说 没有appointment
那个ticket 只是说让supervisor 及时和我联系
我点点点了 生气了 打电话cancel服务了
请教各位前辈
1. 有什么方法还能投诉下 comcast 最好能让他们恶心下
2. 除了Comcast 我去查了 Verizon Internet +TV 要 90+
还有什么别家可以用么

for my appt. I don't like any of them, but have no choice.

两星期后约他们来装两个卧室的电视
这两次都没有问题 很积极和我联系
可是我的Internet 出问题 约了3次 一次都没有人来
居然说我的问题早已经解决了
好像他们就知道新装的挣钱
反正我还没付钱 我就不交钱了 30天之内 客服都这样
很难想象以后的service 会怎么样

of the channels, and never got fixed even with two in home services. So I
may just switch to FIOS when I move in a couple of months. |

service, my monthly is like 70 or 80, but less than 90 I think.

发帖数: 686 | 9 Comcast don't need a box, you can just plug in the cable to a LCD TV is OK.
But for FIOS, I have to pay for 7 or 8 dollars for each box per month.
Plus the fees and tax FIOS bill should over 100.
But it seems like that I have no choice. Comcast or FIOS
