Senior Tax Specialist
Responsibilities:
·Perform research and participate in various tax projects as needed
·Participate in the preparation of the federal consolidated tax return,
state and local income and franchise tax returns, extensions, and estimates
· Participate in the preparation of the FAS109 tax provision calculation
and FIN 48 analysis for financial statement purposes
·Participate in completing IRS and state tax audits, including preparing
responses to requests for documentation and meeting with tax auditors to
resolve issues
·Respond to federal, state, and local tax notices
·Provide tax information and respond to questions generated from internal
departments
·Travel to other company sites as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2 years of experience in corporate tax or public accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
Tax experience in a public accounting or financial services environment
strongly preferred
MS in Tax or JD
CPA
Strong communication, research, and writing skills
Strong analytical skills developed through experience in an accounting,
planning, or forecasting role

Sr Financial Analyst, Balance Sheet Planning
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and collect input data for monthly balance sheet reporting and
forecasting
Maintain capital, funding and liquidity models, ensuring data integrity and
accurate reporting
Prepare balance sheet, capital and liquidity slides for ALCO, BRMC, and
Board of Directors meetings
Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheet forecast and treasury
funding plan
Monitor and report on Liquidity and Capital positions
Assist in quarterly earnings call preparation
Support legal entity reporting and analysis
Collaborate with business partners across Global Finance to ensure accurate
and timely reporting and forecasting
Ad hoc analysis, as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field
2 years of experience in budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
CPA, CFA
5 years experience in budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
2 years of experience with spreadsheet modeling
1 year of experience with Essbase
Self-starter, able to work independently in a fact-paced environment |
