I'm looking for sublease of one bedroom (both males and females are OK) in a
2 Bedroom/ 2Bathroom apartment for April 1st (can be earlier if you want)
–Sept 30, 2012. I am moving... and your date can be flexible.
• Walking distance to Twinbrook Metro station < 0.2 mile...close to
Rockville Pike, in the center of Rockville, close to all the major
supermarkets, shopping centers close by. Easy commute to NIH, FDA, etc
•Your own washer and dryer in the apt.
• Since I move out I can offer you my furniture, including bedframe,
mattress, sofa, desks chairs, etc .if needed.
•This is a luxury apartment for sure-granite countertops, dark cherry
cabinets, glass doors on the showers, brand new black appliances
• Really a great layout, with kitchen bar opening into an expansive
living room with plenty of sunlight. The bedroom is around 11’11’’ X 11
’2’’. The total apt is 1051 srft
• The amenities are very impressive, with a state-of-the-art gym and a
huge pool, billiards. Large screen TV.
• The actual rent is $1080/month + utilities : As for the first month
April, you only need to pay $540 for April and ~ $980 for the rest (I help
you cover some)
• Share the living room with another Chinese male working professional
. He is nice, easygoing, clean and quiet.
• No amenity fee. Garage parking.
