notice(明年3月到期),他们说要485 approval notice才可以renew driver license.
我的驾照就要过期了,2012/1月才交的485申请,485批下来还得半年吧.这可如何是好?

发帖数: 12458 | 3 I have exactly the same problem before. Ask them to fax all your information
to Richmond office, the next day, go to DMV again, and they will tell you
that you can only renew your DL until when your EAD expired. When you get
your new EAD, you have to do all these once again. It is a pain in the AXX,
but it is their policy now. | c*h

我LD去年驾照到期，485 original receipt找不着，只好用过期驾照开了半年。还好上
个月绿卡到手。
不用485approval notice，只要485 receipt notice.

09年以后的驾照才需要这些材料
