I am a single Asian female staff working at University of Maryland. I am
looking for a single female graduate student, postdoc, or professional to
share a 3-story townhouse.
The semi-furnished first floor of the townhouse (approximately 900 square
feet) is for rental. It consists of a private bedroom, a full bath, a huge
recreation room area, and a laundry room with new washer and dryer (shared).
The furniture for you to use includes a study desk, a like-new microfiber
sofa, an IKEA futon, a TV stand, a coffee table, a dresser, and a full-size
bed. The second floor living room, dining room, kitchen, and a lovely deck
are shared areas. Fios TV and Fios internet are available for each floor.
This smoke, pet, and drug free environment is available for you anytime.
Rent: $800/month + 1/2 utilities. Serious inquiry only. Employment

The house is located in a quiet and diverse Montpelier community in Laurel.
Very convenient location: 5 minutes to the BW parkway, an Asian grocery
