One room of a two bedroom apartment in Meadow Lane Apartments (910 Hooper
Ave, Baltimore, MD 21229) will be available on July 1st. Looking for a
female roommate to share.
This apartment is nearby UMBC. It is walking distance to grocery stores (
Giant, Mars, Rite Aid). Less than 10 min driving to H-Mart and Asian market
grocery. Direct MTA bus to Hopkins main hospital campus. Shuttle bus to
UMBC and UMB. Very close to Exit 12 of I-695, close to I-95.
Option to short term or long term stay. I moved into this apartment when it
was newly renovated and I keep it in clean and good shape since then. You
will share the apartment with a nice quiet female professional. Total
monthly rent for this apartment is $730 (each one pay $365) including gas
and water. You will split the electricity bill (about $25 per month) with
roommate. The lease for this apartment is quite flexible (month by month).
