The building is located on 4201 Lee highway, near Taylor Road in the area
called Cherrydale in Northern Arlington.
This is in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 8th floor. The apartment is 1060 sq
ft and it was recently remodeled and has wooden floors throughout and new
modern furniture. There is an exercise room and laundry facilities next to
the apartment.
Parking is available behind the building, and the number 3 Metro buses pass
right in front of the building (3A, 3B and 3E to Rosslyn - 3Y to D.C.)
You will share the apartment with the owner, a middle aged male, who is
considerate and well mannered. The most suitable candidate is someone who
is clean, responsible and a laid back person. Absolutely no partying.
The rent is $800.00 a month. Utilities included.
