说反了吧。Markov property just means 'memoryless'. if it's a non-Markov
process, then knowing the full history of previous winning numbers will help
you predict the future winning numbers, which is not true.

有主任买彩票，大家没有道理不合作写个分析。然后，实战验证一下。
前面朋友说的markov model可能只是说可以估计状态。这相当于有a priori
information. 之后，可以搞一个ML估计出来。

conditions, stock market, transportation networks, biological systems, etc.
Not a lottery.

Bernoulli process (but instead of binary variables the outcome at each time
step is a combination of numbers). It has the Markov property.
In other words the lottery over time (a multinomial process) is still a
Markov process.
