是不是最近freemium们怎样盈利的压力山大啊？如果说前阵子Google宣布不再对10以下
的business实行Google apps免费决定还算循序渐进的话，facebook关于Instagram的新
政策简直就是疯狂！
Instagram的新政策是用户上传的照片，版权归facebook所有，facebook有权向任何企
业和组织出售用户照片的永久权利，且无需事先通知用户。
另外，如果不想照片被出售，要赶紧删除Instagram账号，否则，1月16号以后再删除账
号，facebook仍然保留出售你照片的权利。。。

Facebook Inc. FB +1.89% has smacked the hornets’ nest again.
This week the firm unveiled new terms of service for Instagram, the wildly
popular photo-sharing app and website that it recently acquired. Many are
outraged.
Some of the terms are the usual:
You must be 13 years or older to use this site.
You may not post nude, partially nude, or sexually suggestive photos.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
But what really is getting under users’ skins are the new rules about how
Facebook will begin advertising on the site, and that all user-uploaded
content is fair game for advertising purposes.
According to the new terms of service, there is no way to opt out of the new
rules, and anyone’s photos may be used.
As the company puts it in a section titled, Proprietary Rights in Content
on Instagram:
…By displaying or publishing (“posting”) any content on or through
the Instagram Services, you hereby grant to Instagram a non-exclusive, fully
paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete
from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate
such content, including without limitation distributing part or all of the
Site in any media formats through any media channels, except content not
shared publicly (“private”) will not be distributed outside the Instagram
Services.
Some of the Instagram Services are supported by advertising revenue and
may display advertisements and promotions, and you hereby agree that
Instagram may place such advertising and promotions on the Instagram
Services or on, about, or in conjunction with your content. The manner, mode
and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without
specific notice to you.
