Register using the promo code and the old email.
Your membership will now be good until 12/19/2013, and your order histor
y will still be intact.

After sign-up, go to Track All Shipments/Orders and sign up for ShopRunner C
entral to get another 3 months extension until 03/19/2014. Note that what th
is does is access your gmail account and download receipts and orders FROM E
VERY ONLINE STORE, not just ShopRunner orders. So have the page open to canc
el and be prepared to do it immediately.
