are you sure you can rent out either one without gap? Plus, the mclean one

马路对面是bus stop和fredie mac, 后面是harris teeter(不行不到5分钟),离metro
silver line不行10-15分钟。
租金大概是1300+,但是condo fee高,基本是break even.
fairfax那个,也不错,房子新,不过楼里一堆short sale。边上就是whole foods和一
堆餐馆。
prefer mclean.

apartments flooding into the area. I just visited Avalon Park Crest and it's
a much more attractive building than the Lincoln one. Pricing difference
will remain large as tenants in that area would generally expect certain
amenities that're missing from Fountains at Mclean. In addition, more large
apartments are on the way to be built in that area.
Potential tenants for one-bed apartment will generally not find good schools
there as especially relevant. |

don't matter too much... suitable population is limited to people who work
at tysons.

northern virginia nowadays. all I can think of is to flip a house or tear
down and rebuild. Do you think 200K~300K will be enough? plus there are too
many uncertainties in this area and it's hard to say whether it is still an
upward trend. what if Obama is forced to cut budget heavily tomorrow?
