"Hello, Alex. How are you? I am calling in the behalf of X?Y?Z? Can I..."
"Hi, I am Alex. Can I know who is calling me?"
"Hello, Alex.I am #?#?#? calling in the behalf of X?Y?Z?. How are you?"
"Sorry, can I know your name?"
"#?#?#?"
“Sorry, I still can not recognize your name, can you slow down?”
"#?---#?---#?---"
"Sorry, I gave up. Can I know what company you are working in? Your company
name is more important for me."
"I am calling in the behalf of X?Y?Z? How are you?"
"Sorry, I did not get it. Could you please skip these words like 'in the
behalf of' and 'how are you'? If you focus on only your company name and
speak slowly, I can easily understand you."
"X?---Y?---Z?---"
"Sorry, I could not understand. I am really sorry. Could you spell for me?"
“OK. Sorry to bother you. I will call back later.”
