Here are the requirements for the Senior UI developer position:
1) Looking for some who's sharp with UI regardless of their experience.
If they can wow the interviewers, he'd be good to go.
2) Understands the principles of usability and how to facilitate them
in UI design and implementation
3) Knows JavaScript thoroughly
4) Experience with the following in order of importance: AngularJS,
JQuery, ay other framework
5) Practical application of design patterns including MVC
6) Agile experience, SCRUM is preferred
7) Experience with XML
8) Experience with Unit Testing UI's
Salary is up to $120,000 per year based on skill level and experience.
