not hooked up by an electrician. If the tenants choose to add the cable line
and use the range instead, a bit extra utility costs will be charged.
This house has the most ideal location. Just minutes to the District line
and Washington's business and cultural center, as well as the heart of
Bethesda and Chevy Chase. A few blocks away from Woodacres Park with a large
playground and tennis and basketball courts as well as the beautiful
Capital Crescent Trail. A short drive to major commuter routes. Less than 2.
5 mi to Friendship Heights metro, metro bus/Ride-On around the corner. It is
a couple of miles away from American University campus,too.
