from June to the end of August. You may also further extend the lease if you
like. We got two-month free deal when we rented the apartment last year.
Our current rent is around $2800/month (which already includes parking fee)
and the rent is further negotiable (maybe two to three hundred less than our
current rent). The renting period is also negotiable.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathroom, plus a balcony. Laundry
within unit. Swimming pool and gym within the community.
Only steps away from the Ballston Metro station, your trip into both DC and
Tyson's corner will be very convenient! It is also steps away from Ballston
common mall, library and park, etc. The Ballston area also has a wide
variety of restaurants and shops. The community provides easy access to the
