This is to report SUN (last name) SHIYAN (first name), who is the suspect of
a heinous poisoning crime in China and who has entered the U.S. using a
forged ID and has suspected money laundering. I strongly appeal your

The victim is called Zhu Ling, a highly-accomplished and multifaceted-gifted
sophomore majoring in physical chemistry at Tsinghua University in 1995.
She was poisoned gradually or at least twice in heavy fatal dose with
thallium, a highly toxic substance. Thanks to diagnoses made through the
nascent Internet, the antidote was delivered later in her medical rescue to
keep Zhu alive, but her life was destroyed by permanent paralysis and
amentia.
Sun Shiyan, former real name Sun Wei, was Zhu’s roommate and the only named
suspect in the case, but despite a belated investigation in 1997 and 19-
year long appeal by Zhu’s family, this case still remains unresolved. Sun’
s family of high political distinction was believed to have manipulated its
political power, intimidation and bribery to destroy material evidences,
influence related people and organizations, thwart immediate proper medical
rescue and obstruct judicial practice. Although enormous evidences point
solely to Sun, Sun remains undeclared and at large.
Sun has counterfeited and used fraudulent documents and IDs to circumvent
immigration laws to enter US, and remains a highly dangerous individual with
potential to pose future threat to America’s society safety and homeland
security. America relies heavily on your organization to stand guard and
take action against such identity fraud, money laundering and terrorism
activity. Please initiate a thorough investigation against SUN SHIYAN,
deprive her visa and avoid her abscondence and repatriate SUN back to China.

SHIYAN (first name) for their tax fraud and money laundering and other

According to reliable sources from Chinese Tax Authorities and Public
Security Bureau, Xie and Sun couple has huge assets in both China and
overseas roughly listed as following:
1. Hold $3M option shares of several investment companies including
one listed company,
2. Own over four high value (each for over $1M) real estate properties
in Beijing China,
3. Own Le Premium Collections Jewelry Company which was registered in
Australia with offices also in Germany and China, also doing business on
Amazon and EBay. Le Premium manufactures and sells jewelry products
counterfeit of Swarovski and Eclaktica lines, and has recently drop its
prices significantly after people reported its IP infringement activities.
4. Own a dessert shop in Beijing.
As an honest citizen and tax payer, I have strong reasons to believe Feiyu
Xie and Shiyan Sun have avoided to report the associated incomes and failed
to pay taxes to the USA government on purpose since the year they became the
US permanent residents. America relies heavily on your organization to
stand guard and take action against such identity fraud, money laundering,
and trademark infringement activities. I strongly urge your institution to
initiate a joint investigation to solve their tax evasion and money
laundering issues. I would appreciate if IRS could make the investigation
results public to the extent within the legal rights.
