no grace period for H1B visa. Therefore, it means I have to leave US right
after March 19th. Is any very unreasonable?
I plan to stay here for one or two weeks, packing and saying goodbye to
friends etc.
Any suggestion to keep the good record in US?

It does not make any sense to apply for F1 visa just for one or two weeks.
