wikipedia里面写constitution和Supreme court一般不管hate speech， Only speech
that poses an imminent danger of unlawful action, where the speaker has the
intention to incite such action and there is the likelihood that this will
be the consequence of his or her speech, may be restricted and punished by
that law.
其实要说一个小孩坚持杀光中国人是imminent danger，the likelihood that this
will be the consequence of his or her speech 还是有些牵强。
但要是能让ABC的竞争者从hate speech的角度做个报道，肯定对我们有帮助。只不过天
下美媒一般黑，估计没人愿意趟这趟浑水。
但是discrimination是绝对的。当然，不知道能不能从Human right的角度来argue。
所以我觉得另外比较合理的能够让JK 和ABC跪的 是他们公司自己定义的规则。
在Disney Business Standards and Ethics Training 里面Disney明确表示
We don’t allow any form of harassment or discrimination on the basis of
RACE, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identification,
NATIONAL ORIGIN, age, marital status, covered veteran status, disability,
pregnancy or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.

而这个节目里面的几句话
"kill everyone in China"
"If we don't kill them first, they will kill us!"
"Should we allow the Chinese to live?"
是典型的 racial and national origin discrimination。
要是用这个sue disney的话，可能更加有效，如果能找到内部华裔employee的话，就更
有效了。你们觉得呢？
关键是，我们华人怎么连个像样的律师都没有啊。全是些做移民的。华人这么多，到了
关键时刻，都去哪了啊？ |
