Main responsibilities:
• Assist with managing investors and agent relationships (requires
flexible work schedule including nights and weekends, )
• Coordinate with our Chinese offices to facilitate client visits
• Conduct client tours and project briefings
• Update website content
• Work with a passionate and synergistic local team.
Competence requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• Understands Chinese culture
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Aptitude to learn real estate, construction, development, and
immigration details
• Ability to explain complex legal and construction details in
concise and simple terms
• Adaptable and flexible style in fast paced environment
• Excellent driving record
• Familiarity with the Greater Seattle Area
Education/Experience/ Immigration Status desired
• Bachelor’s Degree, minimum, Degree in related fields preferred
• 2+ years of work experience in China
• 3+ years of educational or work experience in the U.S.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
