当然,仔细对照中美两国海关入境规定,中国的规定还是显得很粗糙,有待进一步细化.
关于自用物品入境的问题,各国海关也都有类似规定.比如这个 : If your laptop
computer was made in Japan—for instance—you might have to pay duty on it
each time you bring it back into the United States, unless you could prove
that you owned it before you left on your trip.
