标 题: 求助，plate expired ticket。

晚上从朋友家回来，刚吃了ticket，上面要叫我出庭。
不过有三个选项：1. admit responsibility. 2. admit responsibility with
explaination. 3. deny responsibility.
Plate过期一个月，因为我忘记了renew plate而且是第一次（去年这个时候才买的车），我可以argue waive掉这个fine吗？ 成功几率大吗？ | J*****b
