advisor告知不完成英语课(ESL)就不准毕业. 我们program网页上说我的专业修够30学
分专业课即可毕业,并未提及英语课的事. 但是刚刚在admission letter看到这样的话:
Because your native language is not English, you will be required to take a
special examination in English prior to registration. This test helps
determine whether special English instruction will be required as part of
the regular class load. It is understood that you agree to take any
supplemental English Language courses prescribed from the results of your
exam.
可是里面并没有必须完成英语课才能给degree啊. 这种情况要像谁反映呢?
这算不算discrimination呢? 如果最后找律师有希望么?
