recovery, if time is not an issue.
Most would agree that the more often we train, the more stimulus our muscle
get and the more our muscle will grow. This is true ONLY when the muscle can
be recovered from workout to workout.
Secondly the frequency should be as high as possible if fully recovery is
met. This is for the sake of maximizing improvement.
Optimally, we want to train each body part twice in a training cycle. The
