真的感觉老了, 好象不能象5-6 年以前那样锻炼
wrong side of 30 ah!!
挺容易这酸那酸的
shoulder knee joints start hear click sounds
or more easily develop nagging discomfort here and there
有谁 5-6 years into wrong side of 30, but still maintain strength and
intensity, please offer some advice and experience

我已经mid 40,仍然train as hard as ever。:)
年龄,其实没必要考虑太多。不拿它做借口就行了。

太多了,无数 40以上的 powerlifting 高手
热身好,动作准确,不要受伤,坚持下来,到50岁比你现在力气大一点问题都没有

我也认识好几个...都奔四十了, 但是强度啊力度啊, 还比以前进步了.

还是要有张有弛,
适当的休息才能更好地保证以后的状态,
人体生理随年纪变化也是无法用主观去忽视的

that's encouraging to know the examples.
but from my personal experiences, i feel just have to be careful and pay
attentions to details after you get into the WRONG side of age 30.
for instance, 3 days after workout, my arm/back/shoulder muscle remains sore
. feel fine, but i massage them or tigthen them, the soreness is very
obvious...
i would probably go to gym working weights today if NOT for that i start to pay attention to my body status more carefully recently.
since my workout is not aero

这话对各种年龄的人都适用,都要休息好,不能虐待自己的身体。
