try with very light weight, see body reaction, gradual progression...

both boxer no too much bulging muscles, no big arms or legs, but very smooth
muscle tone all over body, very flat ab...
vanes slipped down to floor during a round, but he kipped up immediately,,,
amazing staminia anerboic endurance and strengh...
