家还得扛,花钱去GYM才能练得好 | v*****r

where you live. and you can go there after class...
now the gym location is not ideal, the nearest gym only has 1 smith machine.
and often the gym is packed, have to share with somebody
if i go to the gym with free-weight barbell, it's 40min drive without
traffic back and forth plus time to find parking. sometimes there was
traffic, and hard to find a parking lot

有做引体的地方，买套哑铃，再买套P90X的DVD就齐了。呵呵。

钟内有5个GYM可以选择,5分钟就是个HARDCORE的BODYBUILDER的GYM,还便宜,现在是14.
