heavy load. My RDL is more than squat.

it below knee standing on the platform. it was not performed as picking up
from floor. so I guess the hardest part of DL is picking up from floor....
i have not been doing DL much, don't think there will be significant drop..

| l******l 发帖数: 2679 | 8 RDL is done with knees slightly bent and stay pretty much that way through
out the movement. DL starts from knees bent at almost 90 degree to
straight.
The major difference between RDL and DL:
RDL: a hip dominant movement
DL: a quad dominant movement.
RDL is a perfect complementary movement to squat, a posterior chain
movement vs. a frontier chain movement.
